What REF is
REF Venezuela (hereafter REF) is a free, informational app that shows the official exchange rate published by the Banco Central de Venezuela, the USDT market price on Binance P2P, and a calculator for converting amounts between currencies.
What REF is not
REF is not an exchange house, a bank, a financial institution or an intermediary. No purchases, sales, transfers or transactions of any kind take place inside the app. REF holds no funds and has no access to your accounts.
REF is not affiliated with the Banco Central de Venezuela or with any state institution.
Accuracy
Figures are taken from public sources and shown in good faith, but may be out of date, incomplete or contain errors. REF does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or timeliness of the information, and is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of it. Always check with your bank or merchant before a transaction.
The information shown does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The REF name, the app's design and its code belong to their author. Rates and data published by third parties belong to their respective sources.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
